Welcome to our booking page, where we would like to provide you some useful information about booking:

Minimum nights to book: 2 nights.

Type of rooms:
-Double room: 1 bed for two
-Twin bedded room: 2 single beds for two

Required fields for booking:
  - Name, number of guests / room, date of arrival-departure, telephone number, e-mail address. In case you prefer to stay more than 2 guests in the room, before booking please contact us via e-mail or phone, since not all our rooms can have an extra bed!

Breakfast is not included in the room rate: we provide a breakfast room where you can have your own breakfast in a self-catering system.

  - Cancellation without penalty: 5 days before arrival

  - We ask for a 50% deposit until the 5th day before arrival to the account number KH 10402159-50526966-54811000 (Account holder's name: Anikó Balogh)
Paymbent by Szép Kártya is also available, where the beneficiary is the Gyöngy Panzió.

  - 50% to be paid on spot in cash or by Szép Kártya (by telephone debit) We do not have a Card Terminal, so unfortunately payment by credit card is not possible. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

- Did you paid an advance, but you still can't come? No problem, if you canceled your reservation at least 5 days before arrival, we will refund the deposit to you. Contact us about the refund process. We are going to help you.
